Due to time conflicts, Sunday meditation classes are temporarily suspended until further notice. |
The emotional pain we experience when we lose our nearest and dearest ones is immense. We find healing in remembering the deceased, sharing our memories and stories, and engaging in meritorious deeds such as meditation and listening to dhamma discourses. The act of sharing our memories and stories can be a powerful source of comfort and support, which is essential to working through this difficult time.
One of our noble friends (Kalyanamitta), a great Zen Master in Korea, Dr. Ki Youn Sunim, departed on February 28, 2025. We will remember his quality of life with honour, gratitude, and love and transfer merits, or noble thoughts, every week for three months. May the triple gem blessing always be with him in his Samsaric Journey to attain Nibbana. |
