As we conclude the year, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to each of you for your dedication, commitment, and the positive impact you continue to make within our community. Over the past nine years, this journey has been both dynamic and deeply meaningful, and it would not have been possible without the unwavering support and contributions of every individual involved. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed and are truly appreciated. At DMC, we value the opportunity to serve you and are grateful to have you as part of this ongoing initiative. We look forward to continuing our shared commitment to supporting your spiritual growth and success in the years ahead. Wishing you a blessed and joyful holiday season, and a New Year filled with peace, success, and continued fulfillment.

                    NOTICE
We are pleased to announce that our online Meditation Classes will commence on Saturday, January 10, 2026, @ 6:00 pm (CST).
Registration is now open. Participants are encouraged to register for the class.

   Gratitude (kataññū katavedī)

The emotional pain we experience after the loss of our loved ones is profound. Healing often unfolds through remembrance—by sharing memories and stories, and by engaging in meritorious practices such as meditation and listening to Dhamma discourses. These acts of collective reflection and virtue offer comfort, connection, and meaningful support during a time of grief.
With deep respect, we announce the passing of one of our noble friends (Kalyāṇamitta), the esteemed Zen Master of Korea, Dr. Ki Youn Sunim, who departed on February 28, 2025. We will honour and remember his life, wisdom, and contributions with gratitude and love, and dedicate merits—noble thoughts and wholesome actions—each week until February 28, 2026.
May the blessings of the Triple Gem accompany him on his samsaric journey toward the realization of Nibbāna.
Through meditation, Dhamma reflections, and the sharing of wholesome intentions, we will dedicate merits together.
