At DMC, we welcome individuals who want to learn the path of mental cultivation and self-empowerment through evidence-based meditation practice, training themselves to be free from inner conflicts. Our primary meditative modalities include mindful-based tranquillity (Samatha) and insight meditation (Vipassana), emphasizing compassion, self-acceptance, noble discipline, and wisdom. Students gain insight into the cause and effect as they deal with real-life situations. Through this practice, they develop mental clarity and a positive attitude toward life. They strictly observe Sila while at the center, practice compassion and self-awareness and experience social harmony with the group.
